Adheron PS-100
Product Description:
ADHERON™ PS-100 is an additive specially designed for acrylic pressure sensitive adhesives (PSAs) to
enhance low surface energy substrate adhesion. The additive is a copolymer of acrylic monomers with
segments of ethylene butylene polymer. When ADHERON PS-100 is formulated with commercial acrylic
PSAs and tackifiers compatible with ethylene butylene rubber, the adhesion to low surface energy plastics
such as polypropylene (PP) is substantially increased without any loss in elevated temperature shear
holding properties. ADHERON PS-100 is fully saturated, so it is expected to maintain the excellent heat
and UV aging properties of acrylic PSAs. Potential applications of formulated PSAs with ADHERON PS-
100 requiring excellent adhesion to low energy surfaces include automotive, electronics, industrial,
appliance, construction, and HVAC.
