Recognizing that the Coronavirus outbreak has unfortunately reached the point where it is having a global effect, Estron Chemical has instituted the following measures for the health and safety of our employees, customers and vendors:

1. To protect our employees, their families and the community, policies mandating social distancing and personal and institutional hygiene have been put into place to reduce the likelihood of spreading the virus; this includes restricting travel and limiting in-person contacts until further notice.

2. Any employee displaying fever or respiratory symptoms is not permitted to return to the workplace for 14 days or until symptoms are resolved.

3. We are closely managing our raw material supply chain to ensure that all critical raw materials are available.

4. Our manufacturing plant is currently capable of meeting all required demand, and we plan to institute all feasible measures to ensure that this remains the case.

Estron management is monitoring the coronavirus outbreak on a daily basis and remains ready to respond quickly to developments as they arise. We are continually monitoring updates from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO) as well as local and state agencies.
