Product Description:


Resiflow L-210 is a low viscosity, non-reactive acrylic polymer used as a leveling agent in high solids, UV curing, coil, and other coating systems.  Resiflow L-210 can also facilitate air release and minimize surface imperfections such as pinholes and craters.  It has excellent compatibility with all coating systems including acrylic, alkyd, phenolic, epoxy, polyester, polyurethane, nitrocellulose lacquer, and other systems. The recommended level of usage is between 0.2-1.5% calculated on the coating binder.  The method of incorporating Resiflow L-210 into coating formulations does not affect the performance of the coating as long as it is uniformly dispersed in the system.  This can be easily achieved by thoroughly mixing Resiflow L-210 with the other paint ingredients.  As with any raw material, laboratory evaluation is required for each formulation to determine the best processing method and the optimum concentration of the additive.
