Product Description:

Resiflow® L-45D is an acrylic polymer solution used in high solids, UV curing, coil, and other coating systems. When incorporated at effective concentrations, it can eliminate air entrapment, correct surface imperfections such as pinholes, craters, and orange peel. Resiflow® L-45D can be used in acrylics, alkyds, phenolics, epoxies, polyesters, polyurethanes, nitrocellulose lacquers, and other systems.

As with other additive ingredients, laboratory evaluation is recommended to optimize the usage level and method of incorporation. Typical dosages are between 0.2-1.5% calculated on the coating binder.
