Resiflow LF

Resiflow LF is an acrylic polymer used in high solids, UV curing, coil, and other coating systems to eliminate pinholes, craters, air entrapment, to improve flow and leveling (orange peel), and to improve the flexibility of coatings. It can be used in acrylics, alkyds, phenolics, epoxies, polyesters, polyurethanes, nitrocellulose lacquers, and other systems. The recommended level of usage is between 0.2-1.5% calculated on the coating binder. The method of incorporating Resiflow LF into coating formulations does not affect the performance of the coating as long as it is uniformly dispersed in the system. This can be easily achieved by thoroughly mixing Resiflow LF with the other paint ingredients. The product has excellent compatibility with all coating resins. Resiflow LF is available in powder form as PF-67 for powder coating applications.
