Resiflow LV

Resiflow LV is a low viscosity acrylic polymer used in high solids, UV curing, coil, and other coating systems for improving flow and leveling (orange peel). Resiflow LV can also facilitate air release and minimize surface imperfections such as pinholes and craters. It has excellent compatibility with all coating systems including acrylic, alkyd, phenolic, epoxy, polyester, polyurethane, nitrocellulose lacquer, and other systems. The recommended level of usage is between 0.2-1.5% calculated on the coating binder. The method of incorporating Resiflow LV into coating formulations does not affect the performance of the coating as long as it is uniformly dispersed in the system. This can be easily achieved by thoroughly mixing Resiflow LV with the other paint ingredients. Resiflow LV is also available in two forms suitable for powder coating applications, a powder form called Resiflow PL-200 and a solid masterbatch called Resiflow LV MBP-16.
