Product Description:

Resiflow PF-67 is a flow control agent used primarily in general industrial powder coating applications. For best results, the additive should be dry-blended with other coating raw materials. The active ingredient is released and homogenized with the other components during extrusion, which results in a uniform system. Surface defects such as orange peel, craters, pinholes, and other imperfections can be reduced or eliminated by incorporating 0.7-1.5% of Resiflow PF-67 into powder coating formulations. This product is best suited for hybrid technology, but can be used in other binder systems such polyesters, polyurethanes, hybrids, epoxies, and acrylics. As with any raw material, laboratory evaluation is required for each formulation to determine the best processing method and the optimum concentration of the additive.

Recommendation for Use

  • Powder Coatings
  • FDA 175.300
