Resiflow S

GENERAL DESCRIPTION Resiflow S is an acrylic polymer cut 50% in Solvent 100 (Hi-Sol 10) used primarily as a flow and leveling agent.  Resiflow S is suitable for solvent borne coatings including primers and coil coatings. The recommended level of usage is between 0.4 – 3% based on the binder content. Resiflow S is should not negatively affect intercoat or recoat adhesion.  Due to its low viscosity, Resiflow S is easy to dispense from the drum and incorporate into the paint formula.  As with any raw material, laboratory evaluation is required for each formulation to determine the optimum concentration of the flow additive, best processing method, suitability for the application and other specific requirements such as recoatability.
